Content Standards

User Contributions must not:

• Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any person.

• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

We are not responsible for any User Contributions that are posted. We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Contributions at our discretion.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The LOL Studio Co., its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from any claim, liability, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for resolution of any disputes
